What is Partnership Ministry?
A partnership is a friendship between pastors doing ministry in their own culture outside of the United States and North American churches and individuals who desire to support their ministries.
Our ministry work will build bridges between these two groups of believers to advance the Gospel and engage the local North American church in global missions.
You Can Make a Global Impact for the Gospel
While traditional missions models are still crucial for spreading the gospel among unreached people groups, a new model for missions is growing. This new model enables missionaries to engage North American churches in relationships with pastors around the world to support, encourage, and equip them in the work of church planting, pastoral training, Christian education, orphan care, evangelism, and more.
Make a Lasting Impact
Unbelievers respond best to someone of their own culture and national pastors have longevity and connections. We partner with proven leaders who already lead a high-impact ministry in their own cultural context. We also cultivate edifying relationships between the North American Church and ministries in Latin America to multiply Gospel impact on their communities and beyond.
Meet Real Needs
If the pastors we work with desire, they can invite North Americans to come alongside them to learn, pray, give, encourage, and serve. They can identify how North Americans can meet specific needs that help reach people in sustainable ways and we’ll share those needs with our North American churches and partners.
High-Impact Mission Trips
We will help overseas pastors to identify meaningful short-term mission trips that could help them reach their community for the Gospel or support their church, church-planting efforts, or evangelism programs. We will then connect North American churches to these opportunities to work alongside national pastors and their congregations.
